When filing a lawsuit against Seattle Executive Fitness it may be prudent to include both of the different business entities listed below as defendants to the lawsuit. Plaintiffs who contracted as members of Epicenter Fitness who are now members of Seattle Executive Fitness due to the legal processes of contract assignment and contract succession, may want to include SAMG Holding Company (doing business as Epicenter Fitness) as an additional defendant to their lawsuit. The State of Washington lists Merle Gregg as a business owner of all three of these companies.
